Dave Albunio - President

Dave started in the HVAC field back in 1981. He attended Lincoln Technical Institute in 1982 and received his degree in heating and air conditioning service. Since then, he has attended various seminars and classes to obtain professional licenses and certifications throughout the years. Dave is also an expert in the indoor air quality and energy management field. Dave, a former union sheet metal worker and mechanical inspector for the American Airlines project at JFK airport has the hands-on expertise to provide the quality HVAC work for all residential, commercial and industrial applications. Some companies Dave has been involved with are Merck Pharmaceuticals, Lucent Technologies & NJ Transit.

Jim Aurora - CFO

Jim has been an entrepreneur since he graduated college in 1972. He has been in various businesses throughout his life ranging from retail record stores in the early 70's to an automobile rebuilding business he and his son established and have since sold in the late 90's He has owned and sold various real estate holdings in the New York area. He has helped develop a local HVAC business with a friend, offering his business experience and watching a small company grow from gross sales of $100k to just under 1 million in annual gross sales in a period of less than 4 years.
